Have you considered lowering your carb intake? At the end of the day carbs are really just fuel. If you only need X amount of fuel, any extra is not going to benefit you in the form of increased energy. IE, diminishing returns. Depending on how long your off season is, you could take some time to play with carb manipulation and figure out where your "break point" for carb intake is...and keep it there. Good question - most of what I see on this site says no need for PCT - just go back to injections. HOWEVER, I have met with two endo's both of whom DO NOT like steroid cycling and are really against the whole thing. They said to do PCT while maintaining weekly trt injections. Both are Doctors.

Cycle looks good Scotty, I would bump the Test up to 400-500mgs/week. If U gonna do it, do it right bro. I remember Ur post from a week or two ago, and advised that U not run a cycle yet, but U are Ur own man. Seems like U researched and learned a little, which is good. If U got questions as long as Ur running this cycle, don't hesitate to ask bro.

You shouldn't have to buy supplements at GNC. There are so many options of online stores that are a lot cheaper than GNC.
There are also protein powders that are alot better than Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey that cost less or the same as what you are currently paying.

2. I feel steroids should remain illegal due to the fact that surrounds abuse and uneducated people using them. Hell, read around on all these forums, U will see what I mean! Besides if they were made legal, UGL'S such as Axio and Syntrop will be out of business, period! Axio and Syntrop cannot compete with Pharmaceutical ...

The fact that you're just getting back from an injury makes me think that those goals are complete attainable without any real crazy change in your diet. I would just clean the diet up a little bit from where it was and get back on track with your training. Those two things should make all the difference in the world.
I also wouldn't eat 9 times in a day. IMO that;s just too much of a pain in...

I'd use Var alone. I don't see any advantage to var and winny. Clen will help you burn fat - if your diet and cardio are in check - but won't do anything if your bulking.

On my 3rd day at 8iu now. I have been monitoring my blood glucose levels ed before and after dinner. They have always been in normal range, but today, before dinner, it is at 158. I have only had a an apple and a protein drink since noon, and that was 4 hours before I checked my levels. I'll continue to monitor it and take R-ALA.
