Account services doesnt have its own email address like eCare has. Executive services has email addresses for each rep, but no generic email address to start communication with AFAIK. If you need to contact them, you can spend a few minutes on the phone to get a rep. __________________ Touch Pro 2, Touch Pro and a Treo Pro active. As for you and the haggling thing. You're just plan ignorant. Like I said, just because two sentences are next to each other on a forum doesn't mean they're related. That doesn't mean you have to give him whatever you want, but you have to put yourself in his/her shoes the entire time that s/he is there in front...

theoretically, since it's a WinMo phone, we shouldn't have an issue. but Sprint might do something stupid and say, no, it's not available b/c it's running 6.5. i think the TP2 will be able to get the 6.5 upgrade though, if it hasn't gotten it yet.

They seem to have sending these out a lot more recently, either that or just more people are reporting getting them. It works out best for all involved, you get to move to a carrier that has better service in your area and Sprint saves on the roaming fees.

Motorola StarTAC ST7867W I found this at a yard sale for $2 one day, and by God it activated and made calls! It's a dinosaur, I know, but it reminds me of the days before the cell phone industry became silly.
