Try the rice trick, I have seen it work on a variety of electonics. To get another one there are a variety of online sources: ebay, craigslist, the classifieds here and on other forums. Just be careful who you buy from and you will be fine.

They always say 1-2 I think. My discounts have always only showed on the actual bill, not site. Again guys just get it in writing (email) someone specifically saying "I confirm so and so is correct / valid". With it you should be fine, without it you may have to really fight.

Yes it does just require a phone call. Make sure you call the employee customer service, as when I called regular CS I just got transferred to them. If you are eligible for an upgrade, just change your plan effective immediately and then go to BB and get the phone from there.

#1 - Cost - I have priced plans and continue to do so just to stay in the loop even though I pretty much know that Sprint is going to pretty much be the best value in of the 4. Even without my corp discount, I would still have to say that in my current situation, no one would beat the price for what I get/need.
#2 - Service - In my 10+ years, I have no complaints of Sprint's network service...

I am in the same situation as you. I have two lines RET plan, 1100, UL text, data, M2M, 8PM for $85 and an 3000, UL features, EMP line for $32 equaling $117 minus 20% discount plus tax. I also have a BOOST for $55. Even if I moved all the lines to one of the new FED plans, it will cost Me two dollars more and way less minutes. It is just too much. I'll keep My RET plan.
