Yum! I love sushi! I have had a few california rolls over the last 3 months made with white rice... couldn't resist. It never upset my weight loss but I won't make a habit of it. I've been on the hunt for brown rice sushi but no luck yet. Hope the hotel living isn't too hard on the schedule wrknonit.

Boy was it a day of cleaning! I wish I could have just hired a maid service to come out but dh hates when I do that. Because it wasn't as bad as it was when we first moved in, I opted out but may call them on a quarterly basis to come out; compromise, lol. Thank goodness my sil, dd & dh were here to contribute though The entire house is clean and will only have to run the swifter over the floors Wednesday night as company arrives...

Judi- It's just one night... As Michelle says, it's always a fresh start with each bite. You and I must have been on the same page this week (Monday was my BAD night!) You'll do good, just keep your mind to it. Remember we're here for you and will support you as much as you need! Nobody's going to look down upon you - we're all here to be healthy! As you know, this is the best place for encouragement not scolding....

Hi Beth Just wanted to stop by and say hello. Sometimes what you write is same as what I go through, with sudden eating slips, often out of the blue. I later think about what I SHOULD have done instead of food! Drink WATER!!! Water~ Fills up your stomach and takes the edge off and also makes up for the craving by "neutralizing " the taste buds. I will try it out. Someone told me that brushing your teeth is great to break the...

thanks Sharon, I've printed off the recipe for the roasted sweet potato wedges. I've got a SB recipe binder for all my 'new SB cooking' recipes. This recipe looks like a keeper, and tasty too. I wonder what it would be like with turkey?

With tears in my eyes this morning I read this email. Had a tiff with DH and was feeling angry. After reading this the anger left me and I felt my heart warm again when I smiled. I started phase 2 today. I just had a great piece of bread! Breakfast is the hardest time for me because I always ate cereal or oatmeal. I got sick of eggs very quickly. I am feeling great and happy with the weight loss. I have lost 7.2 pounds during the 2 week phase 1 time. My total to lose is about 100. From what I understand about phase 2 is that the 1st 2 days we can add in both a ...

Hello Moderator People, is this the correct protocol to ask for this thread to move to Phase 2 Discussion and called SBO? Done. You can post something or PM either or both of us. PMing is more likely to get our attention quicker.

We should make a list of all the names of people here on this board. Looks like we have a good amount of people all in the same phase. As of a couple days ago I had gained 1.5 lbs back but I am happy to report that those went away along with another.5 so my total is now 5.5 and I started the 19th so I have another day to go! I was getting so discouraged because I am sticking to the plan like ...

Well, drill weekend was successful. We had our Service Dress Blues inspection - I did fine. I completed our PRT on Sunday with an overall score of Excellent - Low, which was much better than I expected! My crazy, last minute workout routine must have done a little something for me! I weighed in this morning. I'm at 160, up +1 pound from last Monday. Trying to finish P1 at drill ...

We have no ability to create new forums, only the board owner has that ability. But you have created a topic for it and if it has enough traction, it will stay active. (If you want it to have a different title you can Edit your own post and change the Subject to change the title.)

You can snack on pretty much anything you would eat at a meal. The main thing is to eat something with some nutritional value to keep you going - not just a diet drink or a sweet treat. Some good choices would be vegetables with hummus or salad dressing, LF/NF milk,LF/NF yogurt, LF cheese, eggs, or soup.
