I liked LinkedIn too! The networking quality is good and people try to keep it clean of noise (spam, scam, etc). The Group Posting Featuer is better than Facebook. It goes to everyone in the group. In facebook, you need to wait until members visit the group to see your post.

If you don't have the original file, you can copy & paste the text from the PDF into a Word Doc, insert the new picture, and convert to a pdf using a free converter such as pdfedit995.

Hi, I'm a small business owner, work from home and heard about virtual offices. Hi- When writing direct sales copy in Spanish, is it better to use the formal forms for 'you' (usted, su) or is it appropriate to use the familiar forms, (tu, te)? Also, my target audience is 97% women. Is is okay to use the feminine verb forms when addressing them, or do I need to stick with the masculine forms? Thanks.

I'm wondering if anyone knows how important the age of a website is to Google? The reason I ask is that I see websites all the time that rank much better for keywords than mine, but are not nearly as well optimized as mine, nor backlinked - the only factor that stands out with these websites is that they are much older than mine. Hi all, I've been noticing over the past few weeks changes to my main keyword ranking in google.
