I actually started HIIT but I stopped for who knows what reason. It's really not that hard. It's a lot more intense than just straight jogging because that just kills your lungs. HIIT is a real leg and heart workout. Assuming you know how to adjust the plan to whatever works for you, you can start really slow and work your way up to shorter rests and longer distances.

I plan on moving to San Francisco next fall. I plan on attending Academy of Art University, to study photography. Does anyone live there or could you tell me about San Francisco?
