Your gun should be a 1956 Sweet Sixteen.
I don't know why anyone would plug a gun to hold 4 shots (3 +1). Sweet Sixteens are five shots (4+1) and, if plugged, would be three shots (2+1).
The tangs are the steel extensions that fit into the stock where the receiver extends back into the buttstock both upper and lower.

Hi Don, give Brownells or Galazan a try. Really any good quality screwdriver set will do the trick. Stay clear of those $18 specials, nothing but junk!! I know if you call or e-mail them they will be happy to help you out. Good Luck! All the best! Greg

A Turkish copy of a cheap Spanish gun, (Lanber), that is one way to describe the model 103 in the reviews. Why not buy the original at a lower price? There are no o/u shotguns made in the US except for Rugers and high end guns. Most all are competition guns. Ruger and Connecticut make field gun that are not too expensive.
