Drusilla Saunders talks on Sim line crossings Tuesday, December 1, 2009 11:am slt Drusilla Saunders, maker of 4 of the planes at the show, including the Lockheed sea planes, some of the prettiest planes at the show, gave a talk today on her thoughts regarding this nagging problem (Sim line crossings) . [10:56] Drusilla Saunders: I was asked to talk about sim crossings, and how it may apply to vehicles and good crossings [10:56] Drusilla...

The regions on Zindra didn't come across as 'having much better infrastructure' to me. When it was just new, mostly consisting of empy plots, I went around for a trip there, following the roads. Crossings were much worse than anywhere else, you'd get stuck in the badly made roads etc. It all looked rather cheap to me.

TrYC - RCJ-44 NFW! 28.11.09
Published (2009-11-29 05:58:00)
Nice race in nice weather! It was actually the first time in quite a while that not a single competitor crashed on the rather long NFW! course. Smiling faces all around, except for Orca. The "not finished" of this RD comes from her hectically clicking around in the map while plotting the course and thus catapulting herself overboard. The rest of the fleet were all happy bunnies. Race Results: 1: Joly John -- 00:37:40 2:...

LL should actually enforce their anti bot/anti camping policy. especially camping is a waste of energy & money, the average computer burns more money for electricity in one hour than what the average camping pad pays out in that time...

Yes Liv, its not because the boat is modded but because I picked up the copy. The only reason why I pick up copies is because I have modded them in someway. Since I've started moving and mooring the boats before I pick them up they don't run off to where ever. Just stating my experiences.

The solution is to post the freebie on slex right next to this one with the exact same wording and title with FREE in the title and a footnote that this should be free and not sold also drop a email to the contact team on XSTREET so they know why you are doing this - they are really quite strict now on there sonce Lindens took over and i think they may well withdraw the copy from sale

I always open "world map" when I go to sailing. Hmm, not only for sailing, driving, walking, touring, flying. It is necessary for navigating. But! "right menu" of world map is not useful for moving. “No One Left on the Dock” the story of the Mowry Bay Cruising Club Once upon a time, Tory Micheline held weekly scheduled Tako Races in Mowry Bay, as a Race Director of the Mowry Bay Yacht Club. One day she said to the people who came to her event, that there will not be a race that day, instead of that, people will do an exploring trip from Mowry Bay to the North, until they can´t...

Hi Quirky there seems no easy way out of it. The way takos do it is: 1. Catch race wind 2. Listen for the "lock" command when the start line is crossed. 3. Ignore race wind commands from now on until the start line is crossed for a finish 4. Goto 1. (well, this is a bit simplified) When you take a boat to your inv after step 2 and rezz it again for the ...

I would choose for the second system, but only simply because the first one is open to all kinds of cheating possibilities. Fleet races do have a lot of time commitments to them. Maybe an inbetween-solution, hosted time trials at a few different timeslots, would be an option too. If you use the latter method, I'd say you could do with 5 to 6 races minimum. You'll have to consider the tie...
