This is a pretty strange question - not sure what the purpose of it is... But here goes. In my opinion the answer depends on each person individually. As for me, I despise spiders since they can bite, and also move much faster than a centipede.

y=x³ A stretch factor 3 in the x-axis would produce the graph y=3x³ Translating this graph 2 units in the positive x direction would produce the graph y=3(x³-2)

The only way I've ever tested the viability of seeds (other than obvious visible defects) is to sprout them between damp paper towels, and consider the percentage that sprout. Not much help, I know, but no one else had tried...

I agree! It wouldn't harm to make a division of higher mathematics as well since questions about group theory and the like keep coming up among lots of undergraduate maths.
