A quick update... So the championship game was clinched by a 2nd team last week, making both games this week irrelevant. The 3-2 LV Locos are hosting the 5-0 Florida Tuskers the day after Thanksgiving. Only thing making this week worth watching for Locos fans is the newly signed Shaun Smith, to see if he can break any faces his first game, if he even plays tomorrow and keep the California Redwoods without a win this season. DirecTV is still working on getting the Channels I Receive list working correctly.
What you need to do is use a Favorites list with only the channels you want to surf. And then select that list for display in the Guide.

In USA it is mostly a limited choice. SAP and CC are in Spanish. Many FTA receivers don't do CC. However, ProgDVB does a pretty good job for those that use a USB or PCI card.

What a crock of crap .... don't tell us it's coming if there are bandwith issues. I have been lied to over and over by them and watched countless smaller markets go up. Just give me the date and stop waffling around and changing dates. First it was September, then Nov 4th, then November 11th .. now who knows. Just tell me when the fricking HD locals are going up and I will be happy.

Does the HD stream PLAY out of those outputs to a TV set? If so, I'm wondering how it knows you are going to record the output, unless the recorder is communicating over the link. I didn't think that was an option on an analog connection.

I know when i added a HD or HDDVR to my account, they automatically extended my contract 2 years. they didnt even mention it when i was activating them.
Best Bet is to as Stonecold what to do. he works in Bilings Dept and me may have an answer for you.

The true blue in me keeps saying "it can't really be this bad", but my head keeps telling me otherwise.
