wo hoo update, progress ok got it up onto the work table. duct taped over the broken areas to protect myself somewhat from cuts while trying to remove the plastic band from the bottom rim. fortuantly for me this is a 4 part band instead of a solid band. so I can take it off in sections. my primary tool for removing the bands is a slightly modified 5 in one painters tool. the modification was simple I took a grinder and sharpened the angle...

I think this part would be defeated in court pretty easily. Criminalizing not buying a service? If the Republicans can keep from screwing up, they'll sweep the elections next year. I can't believe the other Democrats went along with this. I can't wait to see where my local lefty (Gabrielle Giffords) stands on this. She was one of the "conservative Democrats" elected last year. That stuff may be die off from the rock...you should skim it out. Are you going to raise the salinity? 1.018 is a little low. The next time you have to add water you can top off with SW. The sand will settle in a day or two... The cloud looks good
