I've got a brand new knock sensor and an LT4 knock module. It shouldn't be picking up much unless its real. I'm worried that since I've shaved the heads, shaved the block and used a thin head gasket that I might have created a little too much compression/quench. And I might be pinging/knocking because of this. Maybe its time for some octane booster when I'm out getting on it?

No start, just cranks forever

You can also pull the breather tube off the backside of the throttle body hat and spray a little starting fluid or gas in there to see if it fires up, if it runs, then you have fuel / fuel enable problems, if not, it's spark. Same results, different technique. Is the tb hat fully seated and no air leaks? If you don't have any spark check to make sure the coil and module are getting +12v on the pink wire.

I've got 2 friends that have done this swap. One narrowed, one didn't. Your best bet i think will be the F-body forums, 3rdgen.com etc. Might be some info on S10forum also.

I have no experience with any of the other phones but with that being said, you can have my iPhone when you pry it from my cold dead fingers.
I'm happy with it to the point that I wouldnt even bother to investigate the storm or droid.

There was a LOT of sparks in the clouds this evening. I thought it was lightning... but maybe I was wrong.
Since I never did post these in a "Dave" thread.

Nice. I like the Subies.
And I thought my '03 Mazda DD with 30K was a low- miler. (48K now)
A reliable, low mileage DD is a nice thing to have. Put gas in it and drive it.
