try a random orbit, its quieter and goes faster IMO the really nice thing is that i can take the dust bag off and hook up a shop vac and i have almost no dust to deal with, i start with 80 and go up to 120, then 180, then sometimes 220, or ill just skip to 320 and wipe it down with prep all or windex

Its even worse now, lol. No floormat, single drivers side seat, aluminum dash, just a sheet of aluminum to cover the holes in the drivers door, and last time I tinkered with it I was building a roll cage.

Look at it this way, they sell it for let's say 1/3 the price. The other 2/3 that they make goes to pay bills and pay their employees. The other percentage of it is profit.

with these motors its pretty much guaranteed that you blew the head gasket, thats why it died most likely its loosing compression now and as there was no water in the engine there wont be any in the cylinders either
