Checked STick's clearances yesterday, found: 1 intake tight by 2 thou; 6 intakes tight by 1 thou; 1 exhaust tight by 1 thou. Big change since the last check when only that one exhaust was barely tight. After 135,ooo miles with no changes, I now need to change eight of 16. That one exhaust has been tight for a long time, too lazy to change it for only a thou. Time to take care of that. I have a request in for the traveling shim kit, so...

Karen,
I suggest you don't start thinking of your motorcycle in boating terms... there is just too much water around your area.
I'm sure Mike will put his feet out when ever you slow down if you ask him... instance outriggers... way better than a 'trike' look too!
Congrats on the mileage... I don't remember my last years mileage but I suspect I'll beat it by a bit too...

I am glad you got it worked out. That kind of custom seat should be great. I like the stock seat just fine so I haven't checked any of them out.

I will be picking up the bag from Bones on Saturday. I plan to ride to Maine probably Vaughn Woods State Park, Sunday morning then head to New Hampshire Monadnock State Park, and Molly Stark State Park in Vermont. I will also post up a RTE either for breakfast or lunch somewhere along the route. I am still working on the route. I am hoping that someone from the New York Leg can meet us in ...

I bought a bean bag that is made as a GPS stand. I think I got it at Wal Mart. It works great. Also, if you wet the suction cup before you stick it to the window it seems to work better.

I guess I would say allow re tags.. I originally thought no, but thinking about how long it would take for a new comer to go thru all the posts in Co Tag to see where its been would keep me from playing. Only other way would be some type of picture only spot where we could post each new tag, with the written posts to confuse folks.
oooops was I supposed to wait? Sorry

I don't know.. that has the 'tone' of almost sounding like an elitist group. I have always had the attitude it doesn't matter how much you know, there's always someone that knows more and they might be younger or older, a man or a woman, a boy or a girl...
It doesn't matter how long you've been riding, how old you are, how good you think you ride... you can always learn new things..

Its got alot to do with patient care, where I work we have one nurse aide to every 8 patients and almost 50% of the aide's smoke so at any given time there is a lack of almost half the direct care staff somewhere other than giving patient care , it doesn't sound like a real problem till you loved one is the patient that isn't being attended to fast enough or well enough and the complaints are ...

I think what there saying is the warranty is not going to cover normal wear and tear as in the seals leaking ,if from the fork bushing being worn is the cause and you have I think enough miles on your ST to fit the bill. That is the catch 22 or the so called grey areas of the extended warranty,s . If it was a defective part then the fix probably would be done otherwise it,s probably not, going to...
