If the vinyl growth trend continues, it's only a matter of time before the Major Labels reissue much of their back catalog on vinyl. But the question is, will they go back to the vaults and use the original masters, or the same master they've used to issue CDs. Or will they remaster the records? I hope fans demand high quality, or the reissues could be a disaster.
