local government to rehabilitate housing and stabilize markets. But thanks for keeping an eye out for this issue. I'm having a problem with the 90-day rule right now. I was hoping this was going to solve it.

Thats good news. They need to raise it to 10%. FHA will be the next bailout candidate by the US taxpayer at this rate. Together, FHA and VA make up 90% of all the high LTV mortgages. How do we keep giving people loans with
no "skin in the game"?

I think your best bet right now is to get into a
lease purchase. Find an owner that needs/wants to sell his/her property but has not found a buyer or renter. Florida is full of so many deals right now, it is ridiculous!
