audi 90 type 89 to rwd

You want to convert a quattro to rwd? why don't we go back in evolution and return to the caves whilst we're at it. There's a few posts about this if you search, welding the diff was one action and removing some of the front diff drive the other IIRC

you could use a vacuum servo for the brakes and electric pump for the PAS and do away with the dual pump?

Parts compatability Audi 90q -...
Published (2009-11-13 17:00:00)
Hint - S2 Avant is B4 platform... 90Q is B3 as its on an '8A' VIN prefix... Therefore front end is swappable. Rear of B4/5/6/7 does not resemble B3 at all. Your old 80 quattro is a B4 machine with 8C VIN - makes for much more swappable bits, but you can't have it back (LOL) as its my trusty daily machine (still in need of some TLC but motoring on rightly).

Many thanks to all who replied with their thoughts and ideas of my no ignition problem. The ABY Coupe conversion is alive!!! A very special thanks goes "The Great One" , "The S2 Jedi Master", Sir Paul Nuggent. aka S2central.net He needs to be Knighted by the Queen for his great deed in solving my problem. Somebody over there start a petition to get him Knighted! His superior knowledge of the S2 wiring...

bolts in? If not do the bolts need a lot of effort to pull the two
together? Have you worked clearance the six speed input shaft needs beyond
the bellhousing and into the flywheel/crank? That last one might seem dim
if the input shaft does not protrude from the bellhousing on a six speed
but I have little or no experience with...
