I would love to upgrade to an Iphone, recently got a 32G Touch and love it but I just cant justify the contract since I am currently on pay as you go and the pay as you go version of the Iphone is stupidly priced!

I wouldn't even begin to speculate on what the problem might be but I can definitely say that you should talk to a doctor before going out again. A bit of muscle/joint pain is one thing but pain in your lung is most definitely something you can't just ignore and hope it will disappear.

Owain - I am having discussion with a mate from Enland about doing my first EVER half - and she has suggested this one. I ended up of Alzheimer scotland webpage (as a main charity) and they gave the date of 4th April 2010! I guess we have to believe the proper website, eh?
Is the route OK for a first time half-er?

I used to be like that when I first started running, but not anymore, I do various training sessions and some days I don't always want to push myself.
good for you though it's easy to get caught up with it all and you don't want to start losing interest in your new found addiction ha ha,
