Facebook has helped me reconnect with a few people I really care about... mainly my old college roommate. But mostly it's crap. Even worse than the "I'm tired and busy" posts are the updates on Farmville and all of those other games. I don't care if you just bought a sheep. Why do I need to know this?

I am somewhat on board with this in the sense that I always find certain people making claims along the lines of the seven days of creation possibly really meaning millions of years to be slightly ridiculous. If it could mean that, it could mean anything, and so could anything else in the Bible, so why bother with it at all?
