Both Clintons are out together campaigning for him. And no, I don't mean because of the impact they'll have on voters.

I bought a can of GLO PAINT for my current road bike that is soon to be my beater bike when I finish up buying my new road bike. I saw this on youtube and it inspired me: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rwTTSFBvxWs " Each time the item you have painted is exposed to light for 15 minutes the item will Glow-In-The-Dark." - I think the glow effects last several hours. I'm pretty stoked.

The list is continuing to grow. Kathleen Parker, Buckley Jr. I think I've seen a dozen conservative columnists come out against McCain. Most because of Palin, some for other reasons. Joshua Trevino, co-founder of redstate.com is the latest. Quote: In the end, I couldn't do it. My California ballot arrived in the mail today, and I opened it fully ...

So I've been looking for extra long valve stems for my 60mm deep rims and there appears to only be Q Tubes in 80mm(found here and here ) Has anyone used them, and if so, how were they? I'm trying to avoid using valve extenders, although the Vittorias seem pretty good so far. I just have to remember to save the flat tubes and transfer the extender to the next spare I carry.

The La Times reports dissatisfaction with McCain amongst many in the military because he might interfere with weapons acquisition pork: For decades, the nation's military officer corps has identified steadfastly with the priorities and values of the Republican Party. So the brass should be reveling in the presidential campaign of John McCain. Yet, in a culture that typically prefers one ...

I've been riding with a Dura Ace 12-23 cassette, and now that the fall temperatures are here I thought I'd try a new Ultegra 6600 12-25 cassette for my same route since my legs don't perform as well in the 40's on my 24-mile loop. I was surprised by the poor shifting response of the Ultegra cassette. I tested it on the rollers to verify, and it's true. Upon closer inspection I see that the ...

How frightened of Obama are you to be posting like this? Pulling out Larry Sinclair is a bit weak, don't you think. Since you lead off with it, it sort of undermines any credibility you might be able to generate. I'll stoop to your level-- just to make a point. McCain has palled around with flag-stomping, America haters, including his own running-mate. McCain has sullied himself ...

As per the question in my thread title, why are most Americans scared of socialism?

I'm sorry, but the people in this country are too stupid for proper governance. I will hereafter refer to all persons voting either democrat or republican as sheeple. A general dissolution of principles and manners will more surely overthrow the liberties of America than the whole force of the common enemy. While the people are virtuous they cannot be subdued; but when once they lose ...
