You know, with the requirements of the actual computer coming down, I was just thinking... you could put a pretty heavy duty dedicated encryption chipset into the device whose sole purpose is to encrypt and decrypt data at high speeds. And since the rest of the machine is getting cheaper, it wouldn't even be a very substantial hit on the cost.

Hey man,
Good luck with all of that.
From the limited sample size I can think of, cyclists that come down with testicular cancer often bounce back to win multiple tours of france.
Seriously, I hope everything goes well.

Yeah there are signs that tell you. You just flip the clock back or forward one hour. I've never lived on the border though so I can't help you with that one.
This does remind me of when I was in Fiji once and the locals just couldn't fathom that you could drive from one country to another.

You probably won't drop the front end much between the 888 and 66, a lower fork like a Boxxer might be of more use.
Also, I think someone here made a lower link that slackens the VP Free out without needing a shorter shock, but I could be wrong. That might be worth looking into.

bb7 probably the best mechanical disk brake out there right now. Have used them for years on most of my bikes and are very reliable.

Lever feel is a bit spongy on a BB7 compared to a Juicy 7, but they are reliable.

Hey Bud
2.7 is pretty wide! How much do you weigh out of interest? I'm pretty sure that if your not that heavy, you wont really need a tire that wide? i may be wrong? Also, it would be pretty poor in wet conditions too!
But, as you say, its mental! i know my tires can hold me, yet sometimes I can lose the trust! No need...

Funny, I was just talking to a buddy today. He mentioned that they were actually made by Shimano. I looked into them today, and CRC doesn't have any in stock. At least the stem that is.

This is probably a tension issue. I think overtensioning spokes causes them to break there. I've had one incident similar to yours, but it was a whole front wheel. I was riding my Slalom bike on DH trails at the time so I'm probably at fault. The only place I seem to occasionally break them is halfway up on the driveside on my DH bike, right where the chain can pop them.
