I don't profess to know much about the transportation of crude oil but I do recall reading several articles not to long ago about this very same topic. The spin in today's article is completely different from the spin in recent articles I have read on oil tankers loitering off shore.
And we may never know the real story about tankers loitering off shore other than they are waiting for on shore...

In my strong opinion this is such a horrible decision on Obama's part.I am seriously wondering if the usual Obama defenders support Obama's action this time?
My nephew who had previously always defended President Obama called me and has now completely turned against Obama for this move.
I am guessing this (INSANE) move will alienate many people.
