There is nothing in the law that says shorten Richard Tabish sentence. According to the law he could serve an additional 9 years. So don't hide behind some resorial law that you make up.

Hate to say it, but it's true.
As grossly un-PC as it sounds, babies born here of illegal immigrants should not be automatic citizens. IMO, once you are pregnant, you are deported and not allowed back into this country until after you have given birth.
Another thought - if an employer hires illegal immigrants and that immigrant is injured on the job, the EMPLOYER is responsible for ...
