How are you doing???? I felt a heaviness. I also felt that I was "scraped" too much. There are nerves there and they sometimes spread out across the chest and make us feel what you are describing. I found my pain was worse because of the radiation. The skin is thinner and not as pliable. My injections didn't work either. Today I saw my PS and I am going to do a different procedure than ...

I'm not sure, do you mean that you refused rads and now have some regret over that choice? Did you get a recurrence after your primary treatment? I met with a surgeon who admitted he was against rads for small tumor, neg node, early stagers. He felt that he had seen too many patients who did rads and had recurrence--often in the same area, and they were devastated by the lack of options for ...

My oncologist came in and told me that she was trying to get in touch with the place that did it, (not the usually place I get scans, but somewhere closer to my home...

Hello Janet, Canadian Sister, Welcome! I do not have much to say to all that, except I hear you and know there will be others along soon who will address your questions in depth - Meanwhile, I am sending you a current of universal chi/prana/electricity to straighten out those erratic cells. I am 3N too, and have had a regime of AC + T that started in October. I have 4 more Taxol ...

Hi Mary, I think you should definitely mention your symptoms to your onc, but I can tell you that I started developing neuropathy-like symptoms long after I finished chemo. I am 2 years out from chemo, I developed the neuropathy symptoms about 6 months after chemo, and am still feeling the effects today. I started taking a B complex supplement, which many people said was helpful. It didn't ...
