Anyone have any experiences or heard of anyone who has done business with them? They seem legit on the surface so I may just be paranoid, but their lackluster customer service makes me uneasy. They seem to have only one customer service rep, Chris, and though he answers the phone during opening hours and is nice and helpful, their online support staff have so far only had a 50% reply rate in my experience. Their sales office is in Silver...

Dell may not be the cheapest, but if you get on their email list, there are some deals to be had. Be sure to shop your preferred configuration in more than one Dell "department". I currently have an xps 630, but want to replace it because of the noises it's making. What would be a good gaming desktop I could get for 800-1100 dollars? One that lasts a good period of time, runs well, and makes little or no noise. (I do not want to build one myself)
