Here I was driving to the parts place and I remembered that the thing that was imprinted was a Roman Numeral. Couldn't remember why. I get back and someone (Chris, I think) finds the clip!!! After the segment, Oprah posted on the screen a statement from the owner's attorneys which stated something like, "when the victim lost her job and needed a place to stay, my client took her in". WTF does that have to do with anything? IMO, that one statement was SO inappropriate, it diminished any sincereity that the rest of the statement had, ie. "my heartfelt feelings go out to her for her recover, family". I hope...
