If you read the forums here, you would have realized that the Staples online store is a ghost store, meaning there is no stock. Basically a waste of our time and a major source of frustration.
Not sure if Staples does this on purpose or not. But after you hear about a lot of customers complaining about "false" stock, then it's not an accident or mistake anymore. And then you begin...

In the GTA market things will definitely cool off. IMO things are not sustainable and will come back down to economic fundamentals.
You will probably see another run in the spring/summer due to the HST. So there might be a short window in the winter where there might be some deals.
