My question is why does my sub make a thump when I hit a bump..I know some people might say its not my sub making the noise..But im sure its my sub its like a loud thump/bump...im also gettin a lot of feedback from my sub. when I change from a disc to my ipod it plays feedback..and it makes a loud thump every time I
turn my head unit on...whats up with that???

most of the flex is from using a junk camera, go to their site and look at the specs, the sub weighs 12 fking pounds? and supposedly takes 10kw
rms lol right. they are beastly but extremely overrated IMO.
they rate their amps at 18 volts only and 10% thd minimum.
there is a distributor for the US posting on CARSTEREO.com.

Each SUB can be either 2 ohm (vc's in parallel) or
8 ohm (vc's in series)
If it's a dual chamber box I would wire each sub to 8 ohms with a jumper from a (+) of one coil to the (-) of the other coil. Then bring the (+) and (-) wires of each sub out of the box and land them together on the amp terminals. This gives you a 2 ohm load.

So the impedance of the system at tuning frequency is the point of LOWEST impedance? I always thought it was a spike!
As for limited cabin size, no, it's a
second row wall so it doesn't eat up TOO much of the internal airspace. This data was taken with one door partially open. (for HU remote)

Wow, I have not seen anyone running USD horns in a long time. I've got a couple laying around here myself. How do they sound on top of the focals?
As for as db's, it would be impossible to tell what you system could do without
metering it. Also you did not tell us what kind of enclosure the sub is in?
