FTP Timing Out

That link looks like a wordpres blog. You could get us to install a wordpress blog, but typically the skinning ( design ) ends up taking more time than the REW Blog. Listed here: http://www.realestatewebmasters.com/.../rew-blogs.php Here is an example of an REW Blog: http://www.newresalehomes.com/blog/ You can ask for estimates in the work orders forum. Top Nav Dropdown Question
Published (2009-12-17 16:06:00)
Hey, David, You can add sub-pages of your Communities page in the CMS ( http://www.davidellisrealtor.com/bac...dit.php?id=126 ). They'll appear in that drop-down before the links you already have there (which are hardcoded). I hope that made sense

I would like to approve a 3 hour project for a market evaluation call to action graphic which most likely will be placed between the site navigation links and the communities links on the right hand side. thanks

Build smaller homes and a great time to renegotiate costs with their subs and suppliers. Additionally, scale back a little on the finishes so instead of adding 10 upgrades, scale back to 7 or 8.
They need to negotiate every aspect of the building process right now from what they pay for the land and all the way through the process to the final touches.

Try contacting your mortgage company and see if they are willing to modify your existing loan, so that it is more manageable for you. They may not do it, but it doesn't hurt to try.

You just so happened to stumble on one of the best IDX solutions in the world: REW IDX .
I've done enough research to know they are the best IDX company out there. The competition shows this to be true. And yes, their IDX solution gets every MLS page indexed.

I am noticing some more minor adjustments in the last few days but nothing major. It might be that caffeine is at the datacenter you are accessing.

Washington, DC Metro Station on a cold January morning.A man with a violin plays six Bach pieces for about 45 minutes. During that time approx. 2 thousand people passed through the station, most of them on their way to work. After 3 minutes a middle-aged man noticed there was a musician playing. He slowed his pace and stopped for a few seconds and then hurried to meet his schedule.

As far as I know, previewochomes.com - like other LECs - uses JQuery Javascript to change details.html links to register.html links in order to prevent register.html pages from getting indexed and to force registration after X free views. Actual links in HTML source all point to details.html...

Isn't Twitter about socializing? Shouldn't you be socializing with real
people (generally locals) that could potentially be clients or those that
might come to trust you in order to refer your service?

Our board of realtors has two tax fields. The actual taxes and the estimated. The estimated is appraised value of taxes or the next coming year. The actual taxes are the taxes that exist on the property today.
So both of those fields are there. Are you saying that REW couldnt program this to pull from the actual taxes? I thought you could pull from any field.
Please explain.

Ben just curious how you are checking to see how many pages are indexed in google. The site query does not give a very precise count. Google has said the indexed URLs in webmaster tools is a more accurate number.

Looks like the files on the MLS boards FTP server have stopped updating.
It's possible they have already cancelled the old feed. I will check with them tomorrow. I believe the dev site is hooked up to the new feed - is that dev site ready to go live soon?

Hi Tony,
That feed won't really work. We'd need something with just the price. That feed appears to be an RSS feed for a blog. So if you can find a simple feed with just the price we could do something for the oil prices.
Thank you,

My thought is that if the site has good information that is relevant to readers, leave it alone. If you don't care if some of the internal pages get much credit, you can always make the links to them nofollow.
