ccleaner be careful with, because you could wipe out inportant windows files and not be able to start it after that. Don't clean everything!! I don't kno what app this is because the picture was deleted or some shit, but a good program is Uniblue Speed Up My PC 2009. Get the Suite if you can, it has registry booster and driver scanner.
