The Elmo phone annoys my husband. He can't stand that Liam makes it sing "La la la la, Elmo's wooorld" a million times a day. I don't mind it so much cause it keeps him busy. My least favorite toy is whatever they happen to be fighting over at the moment.

One of these days I'm going to say "oh but he's a month older than his twin sister" and just walk away. ;-) Elissa - I think you need to add - "It's amazing what doctors can do these days!" or "Oh, the miracle of science" before you walk away! They'll be googling that afterwards!

Hosting a big meal. In addition to us there will be my mom, step-dad, and uncle for a big dinner. My mom bought the turkey but we'll cook it here. I'm in charge of mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, and a 2nd dessert. We will have James Bond movies running all day. We're not football folks. :)

Oh Tam that's horrible! I had a similar comment when pregnat with ODD. Only then I was told I would be dooming my child to a miserable life if I didn't marry her father before she was born. Four years and three babies later we still haven't gotten married yet. We just don't have time lol

The Leapfrog fridge farm or car wash.? They love it and it's fun, until they continuously hit the front or back of the animal/vehicle so it can't even finish saying anything.? So irritating.? Megablocks.? When we have 2 bags (160 pieces total) spread across the living room and you step on them, ugh!!

(((hugs))) I've never had both of my boys sick at once. (knock on wood)? BUT they do have trouble sleeping.? They will be a year old next week, and only once have they both STTN.? Colin is a much better sleeper, and can usually sleep through Gabriel's fits. I hope once they are feeling better they will start sleeping better for you.? Personally when my children are sick I can't let them CIO.? They need mommy's love and TLC...

Hey April, good to see you over here!  The ladies here are wonderful!  I'm on the July EC also and am very worried/nervous about there being 2 again.  I'm not sure how DH and I would manage it again (he's travelling a lot more than when Andrew & Ariana were born). I look forward to hearing others' responses.

This happened to my daughter a little while ago too. Every time we put her in the tub, she would just stand and cry and cry until we dried her off. I didn't understand it either cause the girl looooves to be naked. What actually got her over it was seeing her brother having such a good time. He just sits and splashes and splashes and laughs. So she finally saw that it could be fun. Now she will...

We do the different wrapping paper thing.  Each kid has a different wrapping paper and their presents from "the big guy" are placed in a pile under their stocking in different areas of the room.  No bows or ribbons on those gifts because the elves don't have time for that! edited to add:  Just realized you said birthday wrapping!  For birthdays we use whatever we have and write their names ...

Name: Ginevra Name & age of your Multiples: Elijah & John, 7 weeks Do you have any breastfeeding goals or updates to share? Did I read your ticker right in that they're 10 months old? Around that age, my twins went down to two naps a day, maybe 9 months old. I had to push back morning nap by about 30 minutes and then afternoon nap too so that the late afternoon awake period wasn't super long. Also during that transition, I had to put them to bed super early sometimes, like even 6pm. Their naps lengthened to about 2 ...

Omg i'm going threw the same thing as you: Except its just Madi, not Kyrah. She has been a great sleeper, until 3 days ago. I don't know if it has to do with teething or what, but this no sleep thing & going to school thing is driving me nuts.  I'm falling asleep during class.   The only thing i'm letting her do is cry it out, she refuses to fall asleep, she doesn't want to be held, so I ...

We went and seen him on Monday the 16th. I love to have a picture with Santa each year since my oldest was 6 wks old. I wish I had done the twins when they were 2 wks but I was freaked about germs so I just got the older two done before the twins arrived. I was shocked that Vin and Dax jumped out of the stroller and went right to him and sat for their pictures with Ozzi and Bam and Santa. We did...
