Oh yeah I do. Dance Thumbellina. Dance. It's all coming at once. Amazing. Did you happen to see this in the Times? "One law enforcement official, speaking on condition of anonymity because the investigation is continuing, said the authorities expected to make more arrests in the coming weeks. The investigation is part of a broad Federal Bureau of Investigation push into crimes related to hedge funds, including the addition of a...

lenny I don't know what your talking about calling "the tune", but that was a simple question on SAC; do you understand what their relationship was with Jag; you punted on the question, no surprice it dealt in reality which you seem to have a hard time with. Here let me help you - How about when Jag went public, with 6% of the stock, S.A.C. Capital was the largest shareholder other than the former CEO, Mr. Valinoti. Ask...

Sdnadeathspiral Passing red lights is against the law. The fact that you may have done so and have not been caught does not preclude your innocence only that you?ve not been caught. My understanding is that naked short selling is illegal. You?ve publicly, on this message forum, have acknowledged several times your acts of naked short selling. The fact that you have not been caught does not preclude your innocence in this matter only that for...

thegameisover perhaps we'll hear exactly what was behind SAC becoming the largest owner of Jagnotes stock in 1999 aside from the former CEO.
What do you think transpired to have them hold such a large position and since you're so concerned about the period from 1999-2004 and SAC's holdings, how do you think profited from their position? What are you implying with all of the old posts ...

Because he's a fraud.

You dimwit, lenotard doesn't answer us. He accuses us of being responsible for his pitiful investment decision-making.
If he didn't engage us, he'd have to take responsibility for his own actions. I don't think he has the integrity to do that.

Not everyone who engages in naked short selling does so while in possession of material inside information, lenotard. Just as not everyone who buys a stock does so while in possession of material inside information. Anyone, long, short, or even naked short, who engages in insider trading deserves to be criminally charged.
You wonder why I'm not worried about your vacant threats, lenotard?...

Same offer to you. SDNY, you and me, records, the works.
See. I have to think and work. I dont' have the boys downtown telling me they are going to sit on the offer and push the stock down.
Don't lie, cheat, steal, and then gloat. When we win, we'll gloat. When the public realize what is going on behind the scenes, they'll hang guys like you from streetlamps. You have an advantage....
