With this stock I wouldn't second guess it, I been in it since 1994 when it was Hope technology. With the exception of the 2000 run up where I made money I'm still here waiting. I received an email from Theo and he hope to file with the SEC tommorrow, let hope he does. I mentioned to him that filing with the SEC is a requirement to get off the " Pink Sheets" and on to the Nasdaq. Remember the Nasdaq has different levels but at least when we get off the "Pink Sheets" we achieve a sense of ligitimacy.

Exide was working with LTC,but it was flat cells,but Theo then decided
to go with the round cells.That's when they closed up shop in Plymouth
Meeting.

had a few nice days in Lake Tahoe and didn`t bother checking up on the stocks.
It was disappointing to see LTHU down still.
Most all other stocks took a beating lately. I approve your position in corresponding with Theo .....
One item I would like you to notice, that any emotions of disapproving and speaking out loud to Theo should be avoided.
