Is DSNY really not interested in delivering music videos digitally? Why? Don't they have solid relationships with the major labels in Ameria? Can they afford to develop the product? Do they not have expertise to develop it? Are they worried about putting too many eggs in the same basket which is patented by someone else?

its basically a ponzi scheme.
H and H enrich themselves with excessive salaries and benifits...600k/yr on a company doing 800k annual revs is absurd.
the investment firms in on the scheme make a bundle as well with no risk.

If I were to choose, I would choose 3.
I think the Horizon deal is like the Pando Networks or Adstream deal. Neither have ever listed DMDS on their website, even several years later.

Three years ago DSNY refused to merge with YOO for delivering audio files to the music industry. Were you DSNY's CFO back then? If you were, I bet you'd have the wisdom to urge a merger.
At any rate, here we are today. DSNY took over the pre-release music market by essentially giving the service away at about 4 cents per delivery, while YOO moved on to bigger and greener ...
