Well I just got it back from tuning, and here are the results. I know this will forever be an ongoing debate "05 header mod is not as good as full system" etc. But look at it this way, with a $60 (YES WHOLE SYSTEM COST ME SIXTY DOLLARS) my bike is laying down as much hp as most full systems. Yes some systems might do more, some might do less, and we all know dyno sheets never tell the whole ...

Update:
I changed the spark plugs and adjusted the idle. The throttle was frozen stuck from nonuse for so long. I imagine all the dust, dirt and grime got in there. I muscled the throttle, and perhaps that yanked the cables, or something.
Anyways, the new plugs and idle adjustment via screw on right side fixed the idling problem. I am able to ride the bike just fine, however I can't ...

Hope it goes well Gav.
Our place are currently restructuring in the depots, and closing sites to move their distribution into more functional and cost effective distribution centres. It doesn't affect me as yet, (fingers crossed) but as with everything else, these things always leave a little concern in the mind.
Unfortunately no job is for life anymore.

Well I'm more of a lurker than a poster... mainly cos I generally only have a small amount of time to spent browsing the web due to work/family etc.
However, I'll try and make a bit more effort and keep the forum going as I've met some good guys off here..... and deffo gunna get a may meet in next year and it'd be a shame for it just to fade away

whoever had it before you must've switched it to GP style. 1 up, 5 down.
track riders prefer this style since it's easier to shift thru a corner etc. you can switch it back though.
DO THE OPPOSITE OF THIS!!
