Many references have been made to the movie "Beautiful mind" in this thread. But, a better movie to make a reference is the hindi movie named "Dhua" starring Rakhi. I believe this movie was made in the 80's and is a must watch. If JV is a prankster, his influence is the movie "Dhua".

I called 4 times, he is a Man (what do you mean none of us know if Jai is a Man or woman ), T spoke to him so many times, I am sure, all know that ,I spoke to him 2 times, spoke to hotel guys 2 times, last time the hotel manager said, he had a certificate he is mentally ill from a Bangalore hospital, all his talks can make any one understand his mental state, then the hotel management saying police taking him away and all,who is guessing...

I am new to tis forum. Anyone has any opinion on investing in "INR" ETF? This ETF is pegged against the value of Indian Rupee against USD. Is this a good way to hedge against Rupee appreciation in the future?

If A doesn't fear for life due to B, then he/she should approach a good lawyer. Be ready to spend money on loan to fight a long case, but at the end getting back the property will pay for legal expenses.
If B is a violent person, then more cautious legal fight is needed, more likely staying away from that city. I have read too many such cases resulting in violence.

I caution strongly against alternative therapies.
If this is not drug induced or drug withdrawal induced, then medication is the best bet.

My advice, if you are US citizen then as you are already there then spend some more years 5-10 , let the kid become desi and then decide. A desi kid can be successful anywhere if he/she survives in India. If you ask me I am dying and would love to exchange position with you. But that could just be my theory.

theoritically ...they would be charged NRI fees fro college education but not for school educAation. a few of my friends got through to IITs on NRI status when i graduated back in 98. am sure nothing much might have changed. but as far as school education goes it doesnt matter..as long as you get a ration card and a community certificate f it applies to you the fees are all the same..
