yes, my Gracie has pk and her eyes get gooey under. I use Animax in the evening and by morning, they are fine! Just try not to get it IN her eyes. Oh and Animax comes in OINTMENT and cream. The ointment works much better for this area because it soaks right in and doesn't leave ant reside-sometimes the cream does. I love Animax and keep it available at all times. It works great on small cuts and scratches on us...

Nicole, then why go? Why not start a new family tradition for Thanksgiving with just your boys? There is no reason to put yourself or your boys, especially Skylar through something like that. Truly do something different.

Its not unusual for her not to want food or water yet. Tomarrow she shoudl take a little. Shes been thru alot and needs lots of rest. Kathy I'm right behind ya M

I agree Amy, she needs to see you as her comfort zone and a pain injection is the answer...poor precious girl, my heart is breaking for her and you!! Please keep us posted, mega prayers coming.

Oh, I am so thankful to read the good outcome for Miss Elly. Doesn't truely break your heart when you think about what she must have suffered?? She is so grateful for the comfort of a loving home and loving arms to hold her. Give that precious girl and gentle kiss for me and let her know there are more prayers coming from Oklahoma.

Holy cow, rant isn't even enough for this one!! What is wrong with people? When my niece came out I was totally proud of my very Catholic family for absolutely embracing her (and her girlfriend)... the only thing that changed was she seemed to be truly happy for the first time ever, so we were all so happy for her... Why can't people accept and love people for who they are, not who...

Elaine, Peanut has PK too. The area under his eyes & even in his nose fold gets pinkish/redish & it is frequently wet & then he rubs too & all that leads to irritation. I bought wipes in Petco - called Itch Stop made by Petkin. I bought them for Mickey's itchies but I found they soothe Peanut's face too. First off, you are totally intitled to your whine! Secondly, a very good friend gave me some advice that really helped me deal with a friend that wasn't being a nice person all the time. If someone doesn't bring any value to a realtions ship, there is no point in having the relationship, whether its a friend or a family member. Walk away, life is too short to be unhappy or have others...

Hi Kim, I can't offer any advice but I just wanted to say good luck! Several of my puggies have been flown to me however, they were all well under 20lbs.......I don't know how picky the airlines are as I don't fly. but several people here have flown with puggies, so I am sure they will chime in soon!
