Well I haven't stayed on track very well with this one from being sick the last couple days. I did have same good ab workouts though. I'm planning on getting back on track with some leg exercises today.

Good morning! I thought today would never come. I am SO ready for the weekend. Since this month's challenge is prep for the holidays and we haven't even talked about it yet, here's the question: Which holiday is the one you need most to prepare for? I don't have kids of trick-or-treat age any more, but we still have to buy something to hand out, so it's an issue. I go to great lengths...

Up and at 'em, gang! We're going to be finishing off the September challenge and entering into Dean's Shocktober Fest ! Did you notice any improvements with the September challenge? Do you have your plans laid out for October? Make sure to check in and let us know how you're doing ! Started my week off with 2 days done. It's looking like this: Saturday - HIIT, shoulders, abs ...

Max - I remember you posting one, but I couldn't find it when I went searching for it. I used to drink Atkins, but I don't like the taste of the " new and improved". I'm looking for a premixed to drink at night. I'll take all suggetions, but if it is one that is really creamy like milk, that would be great.

Hokey Pete! Are we all busy? I just got home from the all-day, multi-function whirlwind and I am really looking forward to a session in my recliner. I came here first, though. Breakfast was a frittata at about 8:30 this morning. Lunch was cold sliced roast beef and baby carrots, which I am just finishing. In-between was sugarless gum. I wouldn't recommend it. I held up, surprisingly...

I just wanted to say hello and introduce myself. And I'll apologize right up front for my very long first post!! This is my second shot at PP. I've been living it for 11 days now. Things are going fairly well. I think I'd like to lose about 100 lbs, but I'll be sure when I get close to that goal whether I want to adjust that up or down. I'm 43 and quite frankly, the health benefits ...

Believe it or not, this topic follows on from the wine one (I've been busy, ok? ) When I spoke to 'my' chemist about that, you'll remember he suggested that any differences from the direct measurement of sugars, and the difference method calculation only indicated the error margin inherent in the latter method. This got me thinking (yes, me!!) If you take a common example, say onions, ND ...

Started at 355, went on a low fat, high fiber diet (at Dr.'s recommendation) and 6 weeks later they were thru the roof at 520. Discovered Power Protein Plan and after 6 weeks, the Triglyceride number was down to 278. This is still way to high. Are my expectations too high also? Dr. is suggesting meds, but I don't want them and will try this as long as possible. Is there a point at which I...
