I'm pretty bummed with the no party chat option as well. Especially when I am trying to mute the GP as they come into the game, and sometimes it connects so quickly and starts a game, not only can I not mute them all in time, there is no option once in the game to mute them. I'm guessing IW would get some stat site up at some point? Maybe. There are a pretty good amount of stats in the game though compared to others.

I'd give it 9's across the board. Great game. I will say, though, that so far I don't see it as being really different from the first one in terms of gameplay at all. Pretty much more of the same. I look at it as Halo, different crowd. Some people like Halo, some like CoD. Both attract crowds that totally obsess and within a week have the maps memorized and know exactly where to lay down undetected and pick off people as they...

Spec ops does seem to bring a lot to the table though I only played it once on regular. The multiplayer this time around also has a ton of unlocks. Also I think now that enemies don't spawn unlimited it takes the difficulty down a bit but I like it.

Anyone else pick this one up? What do ya' think of it?
I've been playing for a few days and like it but don't love it. A lot of hype for mediocre game play.
Also there is a lot of dialogue in this one. It feels like I play the game 25% of the time and listen to them talk 75% of the time.

yeah I know...but the school system in the specific area that im thinking about is one of the best in the area.

My understanding burn-in is not much of an issue anymore. I think when the day comes somewhere down the street I'll go plasma next. Although I'm sure super duper 10800p TV's will be out by then.
