Should I "treat" the...

I use the Zaino products: Z-9 Leather Soft Spray Cleaner, and Z-10 Leather in a Bottle™ for both my Porsche and my wife\'s MB. Good stuff, and the Z-10 is the only thing I have found that actually does bring back the new leather smell. I have also tried the Lexol products before and they are good as well.

My New Boxster Bling
Published (2009-11-24 13:31:00)
I think the "986" on the spoiler looks great ... only problem is that on a 2003 Boxster the spoiler doesn\'t stand up high enough for anyone to see it while riding in any car and standing you would have to be under 2 feet tall. It also occurred to me that by the time my spoiler is up there isn\'t anyone behind me anyway unless it\'s a cop!

Thoughts on $42 Porsche antifreeze?
Published (2009-11-23 18:04:00)
My Boxster is almost 6 years old, and my mechanic suggested that I might want to change the "lifetime" antifreeze. He said that the Porsche brand is about $42/gallon. Any thoughts? Thanks.

Thoughts on $42 Porsche antifreeze?
Published (2009-11-23 18:42:00)
I bought mines from Suncoast Porsche online website for $22/gal last week. I think there\'s an additional $12 shipping cost. This is still less than the $42/gal you got quoted on. Should check it out. Posted via Mobile Device

SVR AX 11/21/09 Infineon Pics
Published (2009-11-23 17:12:00)
The SVR AX on 11/21/09 at Infineon Raceway was a blast. The AX course took up the entire back area behind the paddock with 3 long straight-aways, a challenging figure eight and several hair pins. The final leg had a slight Z configuration that you could really power up on but challenged your skill to keep from taking out a cone or two. This AX course was big and fun and the SVR folks kept the three groups running smoothly all day long so we...

My switch malfunctioned and after reading about the failure I wonder if I should replace just the plastic electrical part of the entire unit? I am tempted to replace just the electrical connector, but question the reliability of doing just this part. I have 2002 base model with just under 45k miles. I appreciate any thoughts on this?

Hi fellow Boxster owners and drivers, I just purchased a beautiful 2004 Boxster with less than 5,000 miles. The interior is the Savanna Beige, full leather, which is like new. Should I do more than wipe it down with a damp cloth periodically; I know about the Lexol and Mcguire\'s leather products. Thanks!

Hi Folks, I found a person selling a used 2000 Boxster S muffler for an interesting price. Since I have a base 2001 model (unmodified in any way), my questions are: Can I just bring it to a local Porsche mechanic and have them swap out my current muffler with the S model one without any complexity? Do I need any additional parts and have to watch out for anything? Will I gain any HP from ...

Hello, so today Im driving home from work and I notice a sort of faint dry bearing sound, that fluctuated with the change in rpm\'s. I thought to myself...Uh ohh. So when I got home I noticed the overwhelming smell of coolant. So there it was, about a glass full of coolant, and a bit of steam coming out off the intake once I took the engine cover off? My Boxster is a 99 and in its 128k has ...
