The compound terpinen-4-ol is the most abundant of these and is thought to be responsible for most of tea tree oil's antimicrobial activity On a semi serious note on this one, I might take another opportunity to plug Ben Goldacre's book "bad science". It has a section on this sort of thing. If...

Hi Alvin, This has also been similar to the scenario in the area I work in. Fees are (in my case as in yours) non-negotiable. I would rather not work than sell myself/or profession short to appease anyone. I find it amazing that many individuals believe what you charge is ALL for profit. No tax, no overheads etc etc........

Accommodative orthotics would be the logical treatment, if these are caused by a plantar flexed metatarsal one could surgically elevate the offending metahead. Derek, Thank you for your support of my position. It was a bit more complicated than your description, but is not everything. The issue of the use of scalpels has been debated vigorously both at the Delegates Assembly and Regional Branch Committee level. The points you raise and your logic is not unique, however it is not IMO the beliefs of those in the know within the Society. ...
