The compound terpinen-4-ol is the most abundant of these and is thought to be responsible for most of tea tree oil's antimicrobial activity On a semi serious note on this one, I might take another opportunity to plug Ben Goldacre's book "bad science". It has a section on this sort of thing. If...

Hi Paul,
Forgive my ignorance but can you please explain what the results mean? I can't interpret the differences between pre and post mobs because I don't know what I'm looking at/for.
Thanks,
Ted.

Hi Alvin,
This has also been similar to the scenario in the area I work in.
Fees are (in my case as in yours) non-negotiable.
I would rather not work than sell myself/or profession short to appease anyone.
I find it amazing that many individuals believe what you charge is ALL for profit.
No tax, no overheads etc etc........

Accommodative orthotics would be the logical treatment, if these are caused
by a plantar flexed metatarsal one could surgically elevate the offending metahead.
I think a bit more information might help get a better picture of your ...

I can never understand why so many jumped on the tea tree oil bandwagon when it efficacy compared to other modalities (that have well documented efficacy) has not been demonstrated. Is that being ethical?

The APodA (Vic) runs a Contined Education Calendar. One of the benefits of membership is access and notification of events on in Victoria.
Pretty sure the calendar is on their website. Most however are closer to melbourne.
