Exquisite - I do not say a man owns his wife. I don't go into a lot of detail, but a man owes his wife the same exclusive attention she owes him. I never said the wife should bow to the man. Don't put words in my mouth. Any grown kid who is making $9.00 per hour, and getting trained for a promotion would not be living on the streets if Mommy refused to take him in. I said that help would be paying the rent/utility deposits, food, etc...

I have a life but always in the back of my mind I am looking for that person. So am I. Not ashamed of it at all. I can have more of a life with the right person.IMO Don't let anyone make you feel that is a bad or weak thing to say. Screw 'em.

^^^Well, maybe you don't get tons of dates, but I get the feeling you're not stressed about it either way, which really is the point, right? There's the old "indirect" method of just starting a casual friendly conversation and then trying to turn it into something more. Little hints, subtle flirtations...blah. I don't like that personally...it risks demonstrating a lack of confidence...especially if she can tell...

She should pay if she is the one asking you to meet for coffee. Personally I think these things need to be discussed so each person knows whats expected. Maybe she assumes you are more old fashioned and thus expects you to pay. Ask her. ~Beth~

How many times have you decided against your better judgment to be nice to someone and then they turn out to take it the wrong way? They are not attractive to you for some reason.....So you get a mail and feeling sorry for them and just to be polite you chat a little then they send a mail like--Your place or mine??? And you think OMG they actually think id go there! It makes me feel so stupid for replying in the first place, but then it makes...

OP: Why does he wait til the last minute? Does he have children or a job that does not give him flexibility? Personally, I would make my plans, and he if calls tell him you wish he would have called sooner as you already have plans. Suggest another date/wkend, so he doesn't think you're blowing him off totally. If you accept this behavior, your life is going to revolve around his/placed on hold waiting to hear from him, and that is...

99% of men like to brag about their sex lives and how he made her scream. It is just stupid nature of us. It like men love to lie about the size of their penis and women always lies about the size of her boobs. Human nature. But your friend took to the extreme. I call it lack of self-confidence.

I'm an atheist and have no objections to the "non-religious" category. Yeah it's a belief, but it's not a religion and therefore "non-religious" is appropriate. Same with agnostic. Religion suggests faith, values, deity, etc. None of that is involved with atheism and agnosticism. "Religion: other" and "Religion: Other religion" are saying the exact same thing. The second one is just redundant....

You can't control how other people think or what they do or how they live their lives. Just move on and deal with women who don't smoke, there are more of them anyway.

Oprah, in a great act of hubris and arrogance, has decided upon September 11, 2011 as the final date of her show. In one great last act of indulgent self importance, Oprah is now trying to meld her last show with the memory of the tragedy of 9/11. Oprah is trying to usurp the sanctity of that date and wrest away the solemnity of the day and make it a celebration of all things Oprah. The date...

Maybe everyone who has a job could consider that job a saved one. It could be argued that looking for work is a job in and of itself. Then again if the facts look bad, make up better ones

The North American Free Trade Agreement and the World Trade Organization make it impossible for the U.S. to place taxes or tariffs on outsourced work. U.S. businesses search the Earth to find areas where workers are underrepresented and lax environmental rules reign supreme. Since America's competitors engage in outsourcing, it is completely unavoidable for American corporations if they want...

Being obese is a preventable thing for 98% of people imo, the 2% are people with legit hormone, genetic, or disease problems that makes them obese. The imo 98% who are obese and diagnosed with normal bodies by doctors should pay more because it is their own personal choice and carelessness that made them that way. And maybe charging money will give people the motivation to lose weight.

This is for BOTH sexes If you choose to have sex with another person you are CHOOSING to potentially become a parent.. EVERY SINGLE TIME. It doesn't matter if that isn't your intention, and it doesn't matter if you use birth control or not (pill, IUD, condom, whatever), and it doesn't matter if you TRUST the other person or not.. because the fact of the matter is that egg and sperm WANT to ...

I wouldn't say it's good exactly, but little is necessary. But there's a balance with respect for others. greed without respect for others is when it turns "bad".

I have issues with the bible and organized religion. God(s) does not force things on people, people force things on people. I think the bible is like that game "telephone" kids play, as the years have passed it has become skewed and reconstructed how people want it to be. I personally believe in a higher power that has given me the gift of free-will to choose how I want to celebrate it. I dont...

men have no chance at a successful relation if they cant provide finances, stability, and other check lists many women have regarding essentials for a relationship I agree. From an outsider's point of view... the man was crucified long before he gained office when he was still the president elect. He's been blamed for things that he couldn't possibly have had control over, his heritage and birth have been called into question as well as his right/ability to perform the duties of president. Most of this censure comes from the south and south eastern states, ...

Sounds to me like he didn't want you to know he wanted to keep looking so you'd stop, so he mentioned hiding his profile (which isn't deleting, really) and didn't stop you from wanting to take your profile off cause you'd have less options. Could just be the way it seems based on the way I read it, though. I once had a guy call me to tell me he wasn't sure he wanted to be serious and said he ...

I've watched that before and found it hilarious. However, I don't agree with it. While I agree that the back squat is the single best mass building exercise out there, it's definitely not essential. There are plenty of huge paraplegic bodybuilders out there, and tons of bodybuilders with awesome physiques (especially tall ones) who don't back squat. If someone benches, chins, overhead presses...
