"In Lake Victoria Arizona, a tremor causes the lake's floor to open, setting free scores of prehistoric piranhas... Theyre back! Every year the population of sleepy Lake Victoria explodes from 5,000 to 50,000 for a single, wild weekend - the 4th of July, a riot of sun, drunken fun and sex-crazed mayhem. But this year, there's something more to worry about than hangovers and complaints from local old timers. Lake...

What I would do....First I would get a small Eheim canister filter...the 2213...run it on my current tank to get it cycled. They are pretty cheap, hold a ton of media...and just an outstanding canister filter. Then I would buy a converter so you can plug in your filter and heater (if needed) into your lighter. I would get a deep 40 gallon tupperware tub...or even a 5 gallon bucket if the fish is small enough. Cut the lid so the filter tubes...

How long has it been constantly showing ammo? Has it been a while since you gave your tank a gravel vac and cleaned under the UGF? I would guess you probably just got a bit behind on that. You never know when a big chunk of something got stuck in it. Maybe there is a ton of chloramine in your water supply? Just some guesses.

yeah, i don't see a problem with it, it's dry food... it would be like eating stale cereal, except we drop their food in water, so that kinda negates that effect....

After reading the plot it sounds like it's going to portray piranhas as blood thirsty killing machines that eat everything that falls in the water. Don't think it'll make a good impression on piranhas to the public. JMO

an interesting thread indeed. QUOTE (Grosse Gurke @ Feb 6 2008, 06:40 AM) Gota chime in here. He has simply said he presents the most current information that has been documented by science. If anyone has anything that has been documented....that challenges what has ...

I would think that when breaching the water to get food, your elong's accuracy would drop greatly. I would be very careful and only attempt this with tongs. I wouldn't want to lose a chunk of flesh in my hand during training. With that said, how did you go about teaching your fish to leap out of the water? I started a topic on food based training a while ago on here and I am still in ...
