lol I only feed him live cause that is what the b/f has fed him his wholel ife and coming from a country girl, wehre snakes ar eto be villified and killed, it took me a while to "warm" up to the guy, but to watch him eat is something I always find amazing, morbid sorta but fascinating none the less. And I have a bit of Irish in me, I know is not the same as Scotish but I can imagine how hard it is to find the same resources...

Such a shame. I am sure they are talking about the "daycare" where the dogs are allowed to play and interact with each other when referring too not accepting "aggressive breeds". Where I work full blooded Pit Bulls haven't been allowed (mixes are allowed) but that is about to change soon. The franchise has changed its policies and is leaving it up to the owners to accept or not....we are supposed to...

That is really strange, I once had to take in a Polish lowland sheepdog that even the owners couldn't handle, would that of been a 'aggresive breed' or a dog brought up by silly owners?

No no, not at all! Feeding live or frozen is a personal preference. They would eat live in the wild after all. I think it is also not so general well excepted over here as well. It would be very difficult to source live mice and rats over here for feeding to reptiles. The only way I would be able to do it would be to breed them myself which doesn't work out very economically for one snake, and I would have a lot going in the freezer...

I have a book with dog IQ tests in, I never managed to get very far with Todd or Breagha, but I haven't gotten it out since Maddy came along. I'll have to try it to see how she does

I've imported several cats from England ... I used British Airways & American Airlines on all of the transports. I only traveled with one of the cats I brought home & had the others shipped to a large hub airport & drove to pick them up there rather than risk the airlines mixing something up on connecting flights.

Awwww, those are cute pics. Love the last one of Tommy! I think there's an expression that speaks volumes hidden behind those snowflakes. The tilt of Raven's ears is adorable too.
