The US Supreme Court not the states or monopise decides when a law is unconstitutional. This has always been the way it has been and likely always will be. The one effort to nullify federal law, in 1832 did not work out real well for the nullifiers and was never raised again. Not even in the civil war.

PA, not all people go to college to become indoctrinated in a certain brand of economic philosophy. I would agree with metman. This whole "coup" thing is a little far-fetched and immature. I'm not running for re-election again, so it's also irrelevant. I blame myself for my prolonged absences this term, which may have caused this immature behaviour to arise. However, as I explained in the interview, I have had both personal and professional issues to deal with this term, some of which have taken a toll on my ability to...

That article is amazingly incomplete.
First off, why would Hollywood or the MPAA want to TURN OFF the video outputs on your box? That would effectively make it so that you can't see the movie. If you can't see the movie, why are they even broadcasting it in the first place?
They already have something in place so you can't see what you aren't supposed to see..... It's called programming ...

The West Virginia Chamber of Commerce, which is largely backed by the coal industry, candidly revealed this strategy in a letter released today to Sens. Jay Rockefeller (D-WV) and Robert Byrd (D-WV). Yesterday’s vote is “probably not going to be helpful in terms of keeping inflation expectations low and supporting the dollar,” said Michael Feroli, a JPMorgan Chase & Co. economist in New York and former Fed researcher. The central bank “should do whatever it takes to stop this from going forward and eroding confidence in the Fed’s independence,” he said.

I often agree with him. But not here.
He has never worked in the private sector - and it shows.
He just doesn't seem to understand the real world.
