Let's see here , 13 vice presidents have gone on to be president...in one way or another...thats 1 in 3...33% chance. Granted the chance of her getting elected in a proper election are slim and none...that leaves...a 21% chance. However, given the economic and social turmoil which is about to befall us, I imagine the chances of McCain being impeached...don't look sooo improbable....
