oh, sorry dadu, forgot to say in my original post, that it went fine, he was a little anxious about the mask at first but in seconds didn't have a care in the world. Oh, and our dentist before, let us (actually encouraged us to) come back with our kid and our dentist now is a pediatric dentist and we go back with each of the boys routinely.

Fear Factor

I dont really worry because...quite frankly, aside from bullying, they happen less often than you thing. It's just that the news doesnt report that nothing happens, so it seems like school shootings and kidnappings happen all the time. Now granted, it does happen too much. I'm not extremely worried about it. I am worried, but not to the point where i'm going to loose much sleep over it. I would say i'm more worried about...

Aww. It happens. Not being a good listener to your kids sometimes. But I'm sure you are. So, I kept Bailey home from school today. Twins are at my in-laws. We talked all morning about things. We have some things straightened out and some things we're still working at. She's taking a little nap right now so I decided I would tell you guys the outcome. Well..16th ave. you were right about what you said about her coming out of her...

I don't worry about any of those things, I mainly worry about them doing stupid things, like piercing their own ears with dirty needles and other completely stupid things they do.

School shootings happen far less, certainly. Predators, however, are far more active than we like to think. (I live near SuperMax prison and the host of federal and state prisons in Colorado. ) I've talked with a counselor with the Dept of Corrections whose job it is to get offenders to tell everything about what they did as part of their rehab. Very scary. The gap between predators' fantasies and taking action -- like a kidnapping...

Since I clicked other I thought I should clarify..
I am most afraid of things that go wrong because of my own actions or lack thier of. I dont waste to much time worrying about things which I cannot control. If that makes sense to anyone.

Does he do the same to the kids? Actually it doesnt reallly matter because it sounds like he isnt worth the time you're spending on him.
Do you have family that you could stay with, even if it is only for a week or so? You could move to a small apartment while this is moving forward. You could probably fight for the house if you needed to.
Either way, you sound very unhappy in this ...

keep trying to be civil to him. try to do a sit down with him and his mom together and separately. get all these issues he seems to have out in the open. do it without the other kids around.
at least get it down that respect has to be shown to you and your gf no matter what his feelings on ya'll's relationship and the feelings he has about his mom's n dad's.

probably a little late for it. but does he like to Work on cars as well?... then you could find him a classic junker and help him fix it up.
you could always give him a gift card for some car accessories or some vintage framed hot rod prints, maybe some cool lookin' floor mats and seat covers. and if he likes working on them maybe get him a good set of tools & tool box so he don't have to ...

We've never had that used on our children, Amelia had milk teeth out when she was five because they were hollow so they would crumble, they rubbed some numbing gel on her gums before she had an injection, she was fine with that, didn't cry or anything and it didn't make her hate the dentist.

I can barely understand your post. And its spelled "daughter". With an A.
And they both should have their own things. Not just your older daughter having her own things, and maybe sharing them. They should each have their own things, and occasionally play together and share. Your older daughter should have things, and your younger daughter should have things. A five year old can't tell you ...

maybe the answer is in the first paragraph of your post? all the changes in life, the stress, the "new" twins, maybe that's the key to changes in her behavior?
As for that Aaron guy, you technically can forbid her to see him, but that doesn't mean it will work -- it would create only more sneaking, lying, and certainly would not bring back your best friend.
As for sex and pregnancy, she ...
