This can happen if the sender is still uploading the files. Since you are downloading faster than they upload, you often have to wait for them to catch up.

Is Pando Installed? Can you
drag and drop the file directly into Pando to start the download?

It sounds like Pando is offline, do you have any security software blocking pando.exe?

Hello, Can you try the following? 1. Locate the following folder: C:\Program Files\Pando Networks\Pando 2. Rename the file Pando.exe.config to Pando.exe.config.
bkp 3. Run Pando again.
