can we term all this indian drama as an american attempt to make its stay legal in the region to stop any such adventures of nuclear war between india and pakistan. Or repeatation of 1971 episode under the umberella of USA this time as our army is busy in operations , Or a desperate attempt by india to divert the attention of their media and nation from naxals.
