oo nga e. gusto ko muna itigil ung lending ko sa on commission basis. tapos kung itutuloy ko dapat atleast 3 months ung term. dito pala ang interest ko 8%. pero kagandahan naman dito ung iba nagbabayad talaga ng buo, principal and interest. after 1 week or 2 weeks nanghihiram uli. mga 20% lang ng clients kung ung may attitude ng ganito. for salaried employees naman, 5% ung interest ko. 1% goes to my agent. dito i see to it atleast 3...

^ i am citing a point that condo units are risky investments because any tenant can start a fire and will leave all units worthless.. yes you're condo unit may be worth a lot today, but wait for a careless tenant to burn one of the unit or start a fire in the garbage chute and your unit is worth crap.. compare that to a house and lot.
