Great post by WJA96. Interesting to hear about the xspc issue, cheers. Is that the old style thermochill with the awkward hole spacing though? If xspc has quality control issues, and thermochill is undergoing a redesign and change of management, feser look to be the sensible choice at the moment. The swiftech block was loved for 775, I was under the impression people liked the ek or the heatkiller most for i7. So I still vote for the ek...

That EVGA board looks very cool, but I'd wait for alot of good reviews before settling on it. The Gigabyte UD5 is around the same price and has been proven to be excellent. That RAM is a bit crazy, this stuff will be just as good. This PSU is abit more costly, but it is rather awesome. Will you be needing a case or monitor?

would a move from the 2.6ghz e6750 to the 3.16ghz e8500 be worth it? granted this would be an 'end of line' upgrade as im running a 680i sli mobo and that only support the newer duo cpus - else id have to hold off and upgrade the lot for i7/ddr3 thanks

Hi, I have been thinking about buying myself a 9600GT or similar to use as a dedicated PhysX card, but I thought I would check here first to see if anyone can tell me if it would be worth doing or not?? Would I see a big improvement in games that support PhysX, or would this just be a waste of time??? Thanks in advance
