It's a bug but the configuration is automatically saved as config.conf. You can move that file manually and rename it as you would any other file.

I can not explain it ! Even to go to Hotmail via this address : http://mail.live.com/default.aspx?wa=wsignin1.0 OPF blocks access to the site: I have a blank page with AD. To solve the problem, I "have uploaded"("j'ai dû rajouté" had added ?!?) http://mail.live.com in excluding OPF to gain access to my mail box!

another way: create a new text file in the directory you want to save it as. rename it to whatever, but make sure you use a .conf extension, ie. oldconfig.conf. go to export config in settings, navigate to the location of the new file, select the new file, click save, or just double click the file. it will overwrite the empty file. if you need to import the config, that right-hand white box area is also broke there, but the left hand area...

So, I've never had a problem when I installed the new version over the old one. Also has the advantage that can be taken over the old configuration. Install completely new one would only perform a backup of the old configuration and then again not to have to set new everything.

Désolée, but I do not have to restart my OFP when making changes to web control or when enabling/disabling it. What I always do after making those changes is hard clear the cache of my browser, Firefox or IE8, before connecting to a same site again.

I haven't used v4 in a long while but here's how to start debugging BSODs: http://blog.rthand.com/post/2009/09/...r-dummies.a spx Although Firefox doesn't operate at a low level it doesn't mean that it doesn't interact with low level drivers. It's that interaction, most likely with some hardware driver, that causes an error that the handler can't catch and thus a BSOD. Often the driver ...

You can do it either way Antonio. Updating over the top is the easiest and invariably works. If you have problems then you can go the clean install route but you shouldn't have any.

Are you talking about the google ads? They could be blocked by another prog. On my machines, they are ... by my Hosts file. Those ads do not originate from ccleaner.com, so trusting that site does not allow advertising coming from other sites such as googleads and/or doubleclick.

When you say you did a clean install do you mean that you formatted the system partition and installed Vista from its disc? I have to agree that it's likely some odd driver involved here but installing OP on a newly formatted machine should really allow Agnitum to determine what driver is involved by looking at the debugging logs. And you're right there are probably thousands of users with ...

It is quite sad to see that a great firewall stills has the same bugs that existed months ago, at least with me. I've already replied one other thread reporting one other error, which I also had (I had two errors with the firewall drivers). Try to contact Agnitum support. Maybe the information you'll provide will be more useful than the one I had shared. P.S: I was using Windows ...

hi, some people have problems upgrading from one version to another, those should try a clean install. in the programs folder in program files, there should be a 'clean.exe', save that somewhere in another folder, un-install OP, reboot and go into safe mode, run the clean.exe from where you saved it, it will reboot the pc when it is done cleaning out any remnants of the old install that may ...

That's a tough question actually. I think it's possible but it depends on whether there is a signature available in the malware database for that bad file or whether heurestics can catch the behavior. There's no way to really say this ahead of time without actually knowing the specific piece of malware. More likely though is that leak protection will stop this kind of injection if you ...
